The MEP Workstation reconstructs atomic-resolution phase images from 4D-STEM datasets using a full multislice forward model. It resolves thick specimens (>100 nm) beyond the reach of SSB / WDD / single-slice methods, delivers sub-picometer atomic-column statistics, and runs on a single GPU workstation or multi-GPU cluster.
